Our second restaurant in Koriyama was Aburiya Cafeterias, and we also made a reservation. Naturally, I ordered the ``comparison of three types of local sake''. Also, ``raw liver sashimi pasteurized'' and ``grilled clams extra large''. The appetizer is 'Wakame shabu shabu'. ``Raw liver sashimi pasteurized'' was fresh and delicious. ``Grilled clams extra large size'' is small, not extra large. ``Salted Cow tongue'' was soft and delicious. Hirotogawa (special pure rice) is refreshing. Ippoki (junmai) is refreshing and smooth. Sharaku (Junmai Ginjo) is apparently a sake that is hard to find locally, and it was a delicious sake with a rich flavor of rice.But...I think I used too much...Thank you for the meal.
