飲み放題付だからと大皿で「ポン！」と出す事なくひと品づつ個人盛りでお出しします。冬季にはお手前焼きのきりたんぽで「きりたんぽ鍋」も堪能出来ます。お刺身も毎日市場から仕入れています。炭火焼として福島県北の伊達鶏を皮目をパリパリで食べて頂きます。 養殖のカンパチや冷凍の甘海老、たこは使用致しません！ お通しもスーパーなどで買ったものでは無く手作りで毎日、毎日頑張っています。 お食事として「手打ち蕎麦」を食べて頂いています。 （7700円のコースには福島県は采女牛のミスジ肉を炭火焼でお出し致します。） ひと品ひと品を大切にしてご提供いたします。
