[restaurant where points can be used] Treat customers with dishes made with local ingredients and local alcohol
Our restaurant is a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes made with locally sourced ingredients and local alcohol. We will welcome you with Japanese Japanese-style meal made with seasonal vegetables a |
I made a reservation and visited on Sunday. ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ Meitetsu's Gifu Station is the closest, walk towards Castle Inn, and the shop is located in a quiet area across from the Gifu Central Post Office. The restaurant has the atmosphere of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), with a TV and a relaxing atmosphere. The general manager is running the business by himself. The first glass was non-alcoholic, and the second glass I ordered a shandy gaff, the owner asked me, ``Is it okay if it's alcoholic?'' and the owner was kind. Although it is a ``soba Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)'', there is a wide variety of menu items other than soba, and I don't think they are out of stock. The appetizer is duck and dipping sauce. I wasn't very hungry, so I mainly ate it with alcohol. We had potato salad, sashimi, Gifu's unique Meiho ham, shishamo, and meatballs. Since I came to Soba Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), I decided to end the meal with soba! I shared one with a friend. The soup stock may seem thin, but it has a lot of flavor and has a Kanto-style flavor.
