スマホのシュートメールを見たら、先般の同窓会のクラス幹事さんから拡大幹事会のお誘いが入っていた。この拡大幹事会というのは、6月に予定されているクラス会を下呂温泉でやろう！という話をネタに呑んで食おうという主旨のようだ。そこで急遽仲間に入れてもらうことにした。（笑）私はダイエット中なので、一般道だと片道1時間半かかる大垣まで、バイクで出かけることにした。駅前ということで駐輪場はなさそうなので、ネットで調べると300mぐらいのところでにバイク駐輪場がある。予約制でネット支払いで5時間300円だった。コインパーキングのデッドスペースをバイク置き場にニッチに活用するパターンだ。
先日は、土岐アウトレットモールまでバイクで行ったが、体のアチコチが痛かった。今回もアチコチ痛い。（笑）バイクと車ではその運転時の消費カロリーは大きく変わらないことになっているが、このアチコチ痛くなるという点が大事なのだ。つまり、日常で使わない部分に負荷がかかるので、基礎代謝の底上げに役立つはずなのだ。とにかく、活動的な生活を送ることがダイエット的には重要なのだ。
しかし、なんと経路の羽島大橋がなぜだか通行止になっていて、ずっと下流まで迂回路をとることになり、思わぬ＋アルファのツーリングになった。（笑）ダイエット効果もエクストラステージ付きだった。
9kgのダイエットに成功しているので、通常、久しぶりに会う人は、スゴくスッキリしたね！と言ってくれるが、この会のメンバーは、私が58kgだったころの姿で記憶しているので、82・5kg→73・5kgになったぐらいでは、「デブになったね！」という印象しかないのだ。
さて、この会の会費は飲み放題付きで3500円、この予算なので、料理のボリュームがしっかりあって、オーダーしたドリンクが素早く出ること、そして会話が弾む席構成、ゆったりした時間、こういう部分が重要だ。これらが予算と見合っていれば合格だ。こういうケースでは、幹事さんが参加者から、良かった！と言ってもらえるかどうかがポイントだが、良かった！と思う。
