A shop where you can drink various types of Ebisu beer. The food is Kyushu cuisine. This combination has a fun smell. Although it's a chain store, you can see the commitment. I visited because the booths were divided into private rooms, so I felt safe. Let's start with beer. Regular Ebisu beer on tap. After all, it has a richness and depth and is very delicious. There are a variety of cocktails based on this Ebisu, and a variety of Ebisu beers are also available, so I think this is an irresistible shop for beer lovers. Personally, I don't drink that many beers, so I wanted to pair it with shochu to go with the Kyushu cuisine, but I wasn't particular about this at all. It's a bit of a shame because if they added some Satsuma potato shochu to the lineup, the way they could enjoy the dish would be expanded. I think it's good that Japanese sake has ``Mitsui Kotobuki'' and is reasonably priced. This shop is very particular about the otoshi. Although the price is reasonable at 500 yen, the portions are quite large, including horse sashimi, mustard lotus root, and pounded bonito. I don't think it's bad in terms of cost performance. However, I still want to order the food I like, so I think it's okay to go for cheap and standard food here. A popular dish here is the fried Satsuma Chiran chicken skin, which is fried, cooled, and served with a sweet and spicy sauce. In concept, it is similar to the famous Kyushu souvenir Tsutomedori. The seasoning and eating it chilled are the same. But the quality is unfortunately not up to par. It wasn't as crispy as I expected, probably because the water wasn't blown off properly. But it's delicious enough. My expectations were too high. The same Satsuma Chiran chicken was very delicious when grilled in white. This is one of the best I've eaten at this restaurant. Enjoy the rare grilled chicken with refreshing wasabi. This is a taste I want to repeat. What was disappointing was the hormone mix. I don't know what part it was, but it seemed quite large and I kept chewing on it. However, in the end I give up and spit it out. It's a bit difficult... The general Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu is average. It's neither good nor bad. It uses mentaiko mayonnaise and has fried rice with mustard greens, making it a taste of Kyushu, so it might be a great way to enjoy it now that we can't travel much. There are many other things that I regret that I cannot write about. Unfortunately, there are no repeats.
