Located on a hill overlooking the Northern Alps and Takayama City, the views from the counter seats, second floor seats, and rock garden are very pleasant. The owner, who loves Hida's nature, procures
... wild vegetables in the spring, river fish such as sweetfish in the summer, and wild mushrooms in the fall, and cooks them in the best condition. In the winter, we purchase really delicious game from our friend Matagi, and of course, we purchase and serve carefully selected, top-rank Hida beef. This is a cozy hideout restaurant for adults where you can enjoy Hida food in all seasons!
