メニュー表記と店員のスキルに疑問を感じたランチでその
内容とは…
先ずは店頭メニューで秋刀魚を見つけた時、今年は豊漁で
安値で庶民の秋刀魚が戻ったとの報道が頭にあり
各刺身、焼きと書いて有るので両方食べれると思っていた。
所で刺身の各ってなんだ?
席に案内されて、水とお絞りきた時に、「店頭の秋刀魚下さい」というと「焼きと刺身どちらが良いですか?」との
問いに、この時点で初めて両方ではなく、選ぶのか?と
理解しましたのですかさず「焼きで」と
それにしては千円超えの秋刀魚定食高くない?うな重が
990円とは価格の感覚がおかしくなる!
この表記、誤解をする人が僕以外も居るのではと思うけど…
喉も渇いてて水を一気に飲むがまだ足りず、しかし、
店員が中々来なくて、店員を呼ぶブザーも無い
まぁ配膳時に気付いてくれるか?とガマン。
思っていた所で秋刀魚定食が来ました。店員は普通に
置くだけで水にはスルー!慌てて「水も下さい」と言ったほど
この辺は店員のスキルや店の教育や姿勢が判る所
秋刀魚は、大き目で食べ応えがありそう。ご飯と味噌汁
副菜と至って普通の定食で、ご飯はお代わり出来るので
途中で貰い美味しく完食したけど…秋刀魚定食の価格と
店員の接客に何か 腑に落ちないランチでした!
