仕事上がりに車を飛ばして、高崎の実家まで帰郷して、夕飯とちょい飲みのためお邪魔します。
実家から徒歩3分なんですが、ぜんぜん行けてなくて課題店としてまして、満を持して蕎麦を楽しみたいと思います。
お店の場所は、JR高崎駅の西口から出て徒歩5分程度となります。
「舞鶴」さんの営業は夜だけです。
酒のつまみもしっかりと揃っています。
そば屋ですが洋酒も充実していますから、幅広い酒飲みの要望をしっかりと受け止めてくれます。
ここの蕎麦は、更科そばで真っ白で細い面が綺麗です。
また、一本一本が非常に細く切ってあり、透き通っていて非常にのど越しがよさそうです。
箸ですくってみると、一本一本が綺麗に持ち上がります。
こういう繊細さが更科蕎麦って感じがします。
刻み海苔の下に隠れている胡麻玉を麺つゆに入れてほぐし、その後に蕎麦全体に回しかけます。
鰹節、天かす、大根千切り、芽葱、わさびを混ぜながらいただきます。
胡麻の風味がガツンと感じられ、あとから鰹節の旨味が来ます。
大根千切りと蕎麦の食感の違いも楽しめます♪
高崎の夜に香る蕎麦の優しさが初春の風に乗ってやって来ます。
