At Ishida, you can enjoy the finest Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) Khan without having to go to the holy land of Hokkaido. We offer "Seiyoshi Shikan" which is odorless and surprisingly soft, completely breaking the stereotype that lamb = smelly. We only purchase fresh rum that the owner himself is satisfied with. Each seat is equipped with its own binchotan charcoal stove, so please enjoy your meal to your liking. Recommended is rare. Enjoy the full flavor of lamb in your mouth.

In addition to "Nariyoshi Shikan", the "fresh vegetables are also the best."
