I had "seiro rice" at Anzu in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture. [Sea bream seiro rice] I had sea bream seiro rice. It had a refined aroma and a light taste with the umami of sea bream. The homemade flying dragon head, which is full of collagen, is infused with broth and has a great taste. I had the steamed vegetables with rock salt. It had a refined and gentle taste.
