丸亀製麺ってその時々でいろんな期間限定商品をやってますが、期間限定と大々的に謳わずに夏季（約3ヶ月）だけこっそりやってるメニューがあります。
それが今回の「冷やかけ」です(^ー^)
「冷やかけ」ってマイナーなようですが、普通の「かけ」と同じように汁がたっぷりあるけど、その汁がキンキンに冷えたうどんです。
よくある「ぶっかけ」が濃い汁が少量なのに対し、こちらは薄い汁がたっぷり。
これが年間通しでやっても良いんじゃん？ってくらい、丸亀の中では旨いです(^▽^)
ちなみに丸亀だけでなく「はなまる」でもやってるので、未食の方はぜひぜひ！
あと丸亀のメニューには「冷やかけ」とは載ってないけど、「かけ」の欄の「温・冷」と書いてあれば、その「冷」が冷やかけのことです。
それで今回は子供と行きましたが、自分用に冷やかけの大（540円）、子供用に冷やかけミニ（イクちゃん手形で無料）、おむすび鮭（140円）、かしわ天（150円）、ちくわ天（120）、舞茸天（140円が2つ）を注文。
まあこれは頼み過ぎでw、食べきれずにサイドメニューの一部を持ち帰らせてもらったけど、店員に言ったらちゃんと容器を戴けました(^^)
あと広島県の子連れの方は子供のうどんが無料になるので、ぜひ「イクちゃん」で検索してみて下さい！
で、冷やかけうどんですが、セルフの葱、天かす、おろし生姜を忘れないように…
まず汁は普通のかけとは違う、冷やかけ用の特製だそうで。
鰹節やうるめ、昆布という出汁に塩気の加わった、薄口の澄んだ色で超あっさり味。
冷たいし、塩気も適度でグイグイ飲みたくなります(^^)
おろし生姜がめっちゃよく合います。
麺はいつも通りの、太目でコシが強くて美味しいやつです。
今回は冷やだから、普通のかけよりもっとコシが強いですね。
大サイズでかなりのボリュームでした。
あと天ぷらはどれも衣が厚め。
舞茸は塊状で良かったけど、竹輪は前からこんな小さかったっけ？
かしわ天はソースをつけて食べてみたけど（この食べ方が人気らしい）、天ぷらにソースってのもけっこうイケますね。
おむすびは上の見えるところにしか具がなく、それ以外は塩味すらほとんどないのがイマイチ…
まぁそれは良いとして、丸亀の冷やかけ。暑い夏には最高ですね(^^)
