"Sakakiyama Beef" is raised on a home-mixed feed using designated grains such as natural spring water and rice straw from Hiroshima Prefecture. Enjoy a luxurious course using high-quality meat with concentrated flavor that has been fattened for 32 months. We deliver beef that is prepared on the same day, so you can try the fresh internal organs, which have a sweet taste and no distinctive odor. In addition, we are particular about hand-cutting everything, and cut it according to the customer's preference. Please enjoy the different textures. Mr. Hirano grew up with his father, the owner of Chiso Taku Ichiju, an important restaurant in the Hiroshima culinary world, and trained and studied hard. He met Koji Umagami, the producer of the Hiroshima brand beef "Sakaki Yamagyu", and worked with him for several years, from raising to slaughtering, and continued to research cattle. Day by day, his passion for "Sakakiyama Beef" grew stronger, and he opened [Wagyu LabK] with the idea that "I want people to know the deliciousness of "Sakakiyama Beef" here in Hiroshima."
