Our restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh seafood dishes. The ``sashimori'' that we purchase from the market every day is all natural. Please fully enjoy the natural flavor of seafood. Meat Meat Dishes using domestic Wagyu beef and Kuroge Wagyu beef. We purchase the best parts of cows from all over the country in consultation with vendors. Recommended dishes include ``Wagyu Beef Koune Grilled Wasabi Sauce'', ``Wagyu Beef Thigh Cutlet'', and ``Yaki Beef Tendon'', which use wasabi from Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. We are particular about seasonings, such as using salt differently depending on the dish. Please compare the various menu items and enjoy the taste of each.

Hiroshima's new specialty "shamoji soba". Once you taste the soba noodles, which are made in Hiroshima and are delivered using rice scoops and have a chewy texture that can only be achieved by hand, you'll never forget them! The soba noodles are made by hand by purchasing the berries and grinding them in a mortar at the store. The soba soup is also made from dashi using kelp, three types of bonito flakes, soy sauce, mirin, and pure rice sake. Slightly spicy sake or shochu is perfect with soba. Recommended as a snack or to finish off alcoholic drinks.

We carry a wide variety of items, including standard items, seasonal items, and items that are produced in small quantities.
