広島の予約困難イタリアン、NICON(@nicon_hiroshima )さんへ初訪問✨
仕込みからワンオペで作られる料理は絶品
提供までに時間はかかるが、シェフズテーブルのカウンターなら気にならないし寧ろ楽しいくらい。この日は食べ終わるまで5時間くらいでしたが全然気になりませんでした！笑
この日は榊山牛だけでなく、今治の藤本漁師の魚が２種も出て贅沢すぎる…チャバタ、フォカッチャも絶品✨広島県や瀬戸内の食材が多いのもいいですよね、祇園パセリとか初めて食べましたが美味しかったです！
長丁場が絶対に無理！って人でなければ非常にオススメです！ジビエの時期にも伺いたいな〜これからも伺います
