A friendly woman guided us through the quiet space with no background music. If the course is for one person, you can only choose one starting from 8,000 yen, so please choose that option. The sashimi and Oyster were delicious. The grated maple sea cucumber with ponzu sauce is so spicy that if it comes before the sashimi, it might be difficult to taste the fish. I've probably never eaten raw sardines before, but they were delicious. I feel that they are very particular about offering two types of soy sauce, one for sardines and one for other sashimi. The ingredients are probably good, such as salt-grilled cutlassfish and boiled black-throated seaweed. It was delicious, but I wish they would add another twist to the meal. . I guess that's a matter of preference. I think it's a flavor that is faithful to the basics and will appeal to everyone. To be honest, the only disappointing thing about Tempura was that it didn't drain well of oil. I ordered the sea bream chazuke, but the course portion is large, so it may not be necessary when I go to the second restaurant in the future. I wonder if I can finish it off with a little Onigiri or light noodles. When I looked back on it, I realized that there were almost no vegetables. It would have been nice to have some local vegetables.
