晩ごはんで訪問。予約して伺いカウンター席の最奥に通していただく。まずは生ビールをお願いしつつメニューを確認。
お店オススメの和牛ホルモン味噌煮込みや、旬の殻付き焼き牡蠣、季節の逸品として舞茸と白海老のかき揚げをアラカルトでお願いする。
まずもってはビールと先付が到着。ロースとした白身魚に数の子、つぶ貝、厚焼き玉子、かぶの味噌和えにスープがセットになった先付はミニおせち料理のような様相で、ビールとの相性が抜群。
食べ終わったタイミングで焼き牡蠣が到着。シンプルにレモンを搾りいただくと、弾力のあるぷりぷりの身から旨味がジュワッと広がり、同時に爽やかな酸味が全体をまとめてくれる。殻に残ったスープをじゅっと飲むのが堪らなく旨い。
ホルモンの味噌煮込みは、コリコリぷりぷりのホルモンにしっかり染み込んだ味噌の味わいが最高で、ビールとともに日本酒にもマッチする。日本酒は地元の銘酒からプレミアム酒まで幅広く種類も豊富にラインナップされており、その中から而今をお願いする。煮込みひと口、日本酒ひと口、交互に食べ飲み進める。
続いては舞茸と白海老のかき揚げ。揚げたてカリッとサクッとした食感の良さと、舞茸としっとりした口当たりがぷりかりの白海老とコントラストが良く、塩でいただくことで甘味も広がる。この他にも志和サムライネギのぬた等いただいたが、どれもクオリティーが高い。
雰囲気も良く料理も旨い。お酒の提供タイミングも絶妙で、居心地の良い空間と時間を提供してくれる素敵なお店。
