Food When you think of Hiroshima, you think Oyster! In the summer, we have rock Oyster sashimi!
Hiroshima Oyster are grown on the rich nutrients of the Seto Inland Sea. In particular, the Hiroshima brand Kaki Komachi (triploid) is not harvested in the summer and is shipped with its flavor intact. 1.5 times bigger and plump than regular Oyster! Once you try it, you'll be addicted to it! (Winter only) In the summer, rock Oyster from Suo Oshima are recommended!

There are 3 types of course meals: ``Seto skin hagi course,'' ``Hiroshima conger eel course,'' and ``chef's recommended course.'' You can also enjoy all-you-can-drink for 2 hours, so it's perfect for parties where you want to relax and enjoy the food, such as class reunions.
