薬研堀にある、宵酔というお店に行った。
知り合いからおすすめのお店と聞いて、
行ってみようと思っていた。
こぎれいな小上がりのお座敷の居酒屋で
ごくふつうのかんじ。ただ普通でないことがー串焼きが、肉ではなく魚である。
私は初めてで、珍しいかぎりだった。
色んな魚の創作串焼きが、丁寧に綺麗に
焼かれている。
そして、野菜を美味しく焼いたものがあり、
普通の居酒屋と違ったものを味わえた。
野菜は色々いじらず、野菜そのものの味を引き出す焼き方で美味しかった。
なんだか珍しいお店を体験できて嬉しかったので、おすすめだと思う。
