Last week, I visited Hanako in Kanda and visited all three of their restaurant in Tokyo, but I realized that I hadn't visited the main store in Hiroshima in the first place, so I decided to visit during lunch time. What I received was Nikutama Soba Squid Tempura Okonomiyaki. The price is 880 yen. I couldn't see it being baked. The finished Okonomiyaki is served on an iron plate. When I received it, I noticed that the noodles were thin. It has a soft finish rather than a crisp finish. The whole Okonomiyaki is soft and has a gentle taste. There was also a considerable amount of squid tempura. It was delicious as usual.
