初めて伺いました。
入り口の鯛のラーメンの看板に惹かれて入ってみました。
魚介系のスープというより、ネーミングの通りで鯛の風味が効いているスープです。
最近は昆布や鰹出汁にこだわったラーメンが増えたのでそういう意味でもオリジナリティがあります。
麺は固めでお願いをしたのですが、固めではなく未だ生でした。
時間が経ってもスープで火が通るわけではないので、
こちらでは麺固めはお願いしないほうがいいと思いました。
