Seasonal Fish Sai Sushi Daffodils Basically, it seems to be a Sushi shop, but I heard that they also serve Ramen. When I entered the store, I was guided to the counter and asked for Hiroshima red snapper ramen, and I was recommended to chase rice, so I asked for this as well. For some reason, I had to wait for about 30 minutes before Kitayo!! Seasonal fish sai sushi Daffodil Hiroshima red snapper ramen 980 yen. This came with 200 yen for catch-up rice. I see, this one has the look of a Japanese-style ramen. The noodles are authentic and firm and smooth, which seems to be quite promising. The pickled plums, ginger, Sushi gari, and yuzu create the feeling of a Ramen in a Sushi shop. The best part was the crispy texture of the fried snapper skin, which I didn't expect to find as a topping for so Ramen. Instead of char siu, sea bream sashimi is on top, and you can enjoy the fact that this is soaked in the soup and gradually heats up and changes color. It seems that the animal soup is somehow established as a Ramen just before it seems to be infinitely soaked. The noodles were almost gone, so I popped in a bowl of rice here. The sea bream seemed to have become just rare here, and I personally thought it was good to eat. Pickled plums also seem to go better with rice than noodles. Strangely, it seems that the whole thing is more balanced after adding rice than as a Ramen, and I thought that it may have been originally based on porridge. Perhaps because the genre of Ramen, which is completely shaken in Japanese style, has become less rare recently, I felt a sense of déjà vu as a whole. Anyway, my stomach was full, but it was another thing as a satisfaction, and since this is not a specialty store, I felt that it was like this. https://www.rawota.hiroshima.jp/
