いつか来たいと思っていたこちらのお店。
お昼のコースで訪店してみた。
まず店構えが風流。
入店すると、暖かめの照明と、仕切りのないカウンター。
料理の手先の細部までありありと見ることができる。
また、カウンターの席の間隔が広めでゆったりと落ち着ける。
ゆっくり美味しいものをたしなむ時間を過ごしたい人にかなりおすすめ。
ホールスタッフも全然気取っておらず、親しみやすい雰囲気。
寿司は、一貫ずつこちらのタイミングに合わせて出してくれる。
順番は特に決まっていないようだ。
大将がやや控えめに説明をしてくれる。よくある説明を聞かなければならない圧を感じさせないくらいのちょうどよさ。
寿司は、さすがという美味しさ。
どれも肉厚で旨味を感じた。
寿司は全部で15貫くらい、これに付き出しとえびの唐揚げ、お吸い物、デザート付き。
小鉢のがりとお茶は、取り替えておかわりをくれる。
がりは奥ゆかしく、噛めば生姜の深みがある。
是非また来たい。
