広島出張時の休日に、仕事の疲れもあって自分的なご褒美で訪問。回らないお寿司屋さん自体が過去にホント数えるほどしか行った事ないし、お客さんもコロナ禍の予約オンリー、自分ともう1人のみで若干緊張したなあ。普段は写真撮影の許可とかわざわざ取らないけどカウンター席だし一応最初に確認したところ、心よく許可して貰い、無音カメラで撮影しました。
正直、あんまり味的に印象に残るものはなかったからリピートはないと思うけど、たまにはいいですね。手の込んだお寿司や料理は大好きです。また他の回らない寿司店にも行ってみたいなと思えたし、いい体験になりました^ ^
