パートナーのお誕生日で来店しました。
お昼からコースがいただけるのはありがたい。
シンプルだけど一つ一つにこだわった店内、しっかりと仕込まれたお魚料理、素晴らしかったです。
大将は、お客様を喜ばせたい、丸でテーマパークのような体験や感動を与えたいと言われていて、そう感じるコース内容でした。
日本酒も、他では飲めないような珍しいものも多く仕入れられていました。
もし可能なら、事前に苦手な食材や、食べられる量を聞いてもらえるとよかったかな？と思います。
わたしが少食なので、男性と同量は食べきれなかったことと、食べられないお魚があったのでその分星を1つ減らしていますが、誰を連れて行っても必ず喜んでいただけるお店です！
