"Yakiton" is based on Muroran yakitori and is made with our special homemade Muroran sauce! The pork is freshly slaughtered that morning in Hiroshima and carefully grilled to create a crispy exterior and juicy meat juices that spread in your mouth with every bite. The aroma and flavor of the fat go perfectly with alcohol. First, enjoy your favorite Grilled skewer with the "sauce"!

Black oden made with Hidaka's kelp soup stock. We are waiting for you to simmer it every day! Finish with fish powder for a Shizuoka style. The flavor of the kelp soup stock that permeates through will enhance the taste of your drink. Choose your favorite from a wide variety of oden types, including the classic daikon radish, egg, hanpen, and beef tendon. When in doubt, we recommend the selection platter! Whether you're alone or with a small group, oden is perfect for a small drinking party◎
