More knowledgeable people add liver or tripe. For families, two servings of horumon with triple udon is economical. Please give it a try. |
After 1:30 p.m. A store I've always wanted to go to. This is a restaurant that serves Hyogo prefecture's Sayo specialty, horumon yaki udon. I probably won't be able to come to this area for a while, so I decided to call ahead and ask. When I sat down in front of the iron plate, I said, ``Yaki udon.'' I thought it was only available as a single item, so I ordered a large portion. The landlady speaks to me in a friendly manner. If you ask me, it looks like Sayo's shop has a noren curtain, and most of the ingredients, including the udon, are from Sayo. However, since Hiroshima is also famous for hormones, they use ingredients from Hiroshima. Completed in about 4 minutes. It's faster than I expected. An unexpected style of Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) lol The dipping sauce has a sour taste and is easy to eat. Udon also has a unique texture. There are plenty of vegetables and meat, so it's easy to eat and delicious. However, the noodles apparently have 2 balls lol. The proprietress says that the udon will become crispy from this point. Certainly, this is where it really shines and its true quality. The finish was smoother than I expected. However, I couldn't get enough of the free rice lol. It's a nice place where you can also get coffee after your meal. I have registered for a LINE stamp card. The bill is 1150 yen for 2 balls. I don't know the details because I haven't looked at the menu.
