I visited with a friend from Fukuyama. It's a beautiful restaurant with a plain wood counter that looks like a Japanese restaurant or Sushi restaurant. It was my first time to eat edamame peperoncino, and it was made with edamame with the skin on, salami, and peperoncino flavor, and it had a good idea and taste. I have eaten dishes with stir-fried edamame, but this is my first time with peperoncino. The hairtail sashimi was shiny and delicious, a sign that it was fresh. I like shellfish, so I ordered Honbinosu shellfish, and it was chewy and the soup stock was delicious. On this day, there were two groups of customers, and I thought it was a good restaurant to bring along.
