Tomonoura is a tourist spot that has been used as the setting for movies and anime, and is also a port town facing the Seto Inland Sea. We purchase fresh seasonal seafood every morning, including Tomonoura's famous sea bream and whitebait, as well as migratory crab, which is only caught from October to March. Please enjoy our seasonal seafood with our signature sashimi. Depending on the season, we also have different varieties such as ``chicken shellfish'', ``raw mantis shrimp'', ``conger eel'', ``amakonishi'', and ``scampi''.

Our proud Hirezake is made with 7 carefully selected fins of tiger blowfish, and is a highly fragrant drink that blends the flavor of pufferfish with Japanese sake. Of course, you can also enjoy drinking sake. Enjoy live tiger blowfish sashimi and tessa together.
