We are completely particular about using "natural" products, which are not farmed but go to the market every day and carefully select them, to consistently provide nigiri that is infused with the chef's "heart." All of the toppings are recommended, but we are particularly proud of the plump "conger eel" and the "cod roe" from Iwanai, which is a rare and rare item on the market. Also, if you choose to sit at the counter, we will always serve you real wasabi. Enjoy to your heart's content the orthodox Sushi you can only find at Nakamura, which condenses the charm of Hokkaido.

In addition to fresh fish, we also have a wide variety of Japanese sake that goes well with Sushi, all made in Hokkaido. In particular, we are proud of the ``Nakamura,'' a ``mysterious sake'' limited to Shikami-kai, which sells only 400 bottles a year. This sake is specially brewed using traditional techniques by Nippon Seishu Co., Ltd., a company with a long history in Hokkaido that was founded in 1896. Enjoy this sake with a nigiri, a sake that is a must-try for any Japanese sake lover, with its light and rich aroma.

Nakamura is a hidden Sushi restaurant located on the basement floor of a building, 3 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. The calm interior of the Japanese-style restaurant has a variety of seating options, including a stately counter seat for adults that is convenient for dates and entertaining guests, as well as hori-kotatsu seats that can seat up to 16 people and tatami rooms that can seat up to 12 people. We have seats available. Both the horigotatsu and tatami rooms are completely private rooms, and by connecting the two rooms, you can accommodate parties with a large number of people.
