札幌で１人夕ごはん。せっかく札幌に来たのだから美味しい海鮮でお酒を飲みたい。そこで地元の方からも愛されているという浜っ子さんへ。地下にあり、少し迷いました。
なんか店員さんはご家族で営まれているのかそんな感じがしました。若い女性店員さんがおすすめを教えてくれ、その中の生牡蠣、カスベのザンギを注文。あとお刺身1人前で盛り合わせを作っていただき、サッポロクラシックを飲みながら待ちます。
まず、生牡蛎。小ぶりかなと思いきや丸々プリプリ。新鮮で臭みもなく美味！これで380円はお得。
なんか北海道というとカスベ、良くききますが、カスベのザンギ、鶏ザンギのように味が濃いかと思いきや、薄味でカスベ独特の食感、ねっとり感いいです。美味しい！ビールに合う。
大好きな刺身はなんと9点盛りで1,600円。タチの蒲鉾なる珍しいものも。北海道ならでは、山わさびもついていてどれも新鮮でとても美味しく大満足。
あと北海道といえば毛蟹ですが、ちなみにいくらか尋ねたところ12,000円…これはお金を貯めて次回……かな。
店員さんも皆さん親切で昔ながらの家庭的な居酒屋の雰囲気がこれまた良かったです。
