[Akkeshi brand Oyster] served raw, robata, steamed with sake, and Oyster! We use Maruemon brand Oyster shipped directly from Akkeshi, and are characterized by their rich and creamy flavor. [Dashi rolled egg with plenty of dashi soup] A fluffy dashi roll made with the same amount of dashi stock as the egg, with the flavor of bonito and kelp. [Kama-meshi with soup stock] We are particular about the soup stock from chicken and Seafood, and we let the rice absorb the stock thoroughly before cooking.
