北海道札幌市にあります『鮨処 有馬』さんへ念願の再訪問をしました。
この度の北海道旅行の日程を決めるにあたって、こちらの『鮨処 有馬』さんの予約は最重要でしたので、もちろん予約日獲得の上で北海道旅行の日程は決まりました(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)！
18時予約の上、タクシーで訪問しましたが渋滞の為5分前とギリギリの訪問となってしまいました。

どのお料理も、全てが絶妙な味加減です。一品一品頂く度に感動しました。
中でも一番感動しましたのは、蒸し蝦夷鮑と肝ソースの濃厚な旨みです。
生にしんのとろけてしまう甘さも、忘れられないです。
有馬さんへ訪問することが出来ましたので、今回の旅も最高な北海道旅行になりました！！
