Due to the opening of the Minami 2-jo store on October 10, 2014, we will no longer be open for lunch or on Sundays. The gamecocks from Omi, Shiga Prefecture that we use at Jiki are fed safe food and carefully raised for more than twice as long as broiler chickens. This chicken is sweet, has a strong flavor due to its low fat content, and has just the right amount of texture. As of September 9, 2009, all seats are non-smoking. |
雑誌を見て訪れました。
北海道で美味しく食べれる水炊きを探していた為です。
余り広くない店内のようなので予約をして入店。
デートや接待にも使えそうな雰囲気です。
最初にまず水炊き…と思ったら
｢水炊きは前日予約です｣
ショック！！！
水炊き食べに来たのに。泣
残念だけど、しょうがないから諦めて………
まずは
軍鶏のお刺身３点盛り
(砂肝・レバー・ハツ）
これは絶対食べて頂きたい。
他に、軍鶏のモモやムネ、皮やサガリなど一通りの串ものを注文。
うん、普通に美味しいです。
このランクは知ってるお店でも食べれるので…水炊きを食べないと意味がないかな。
でもこだわりは感じられるので当日変わるメニューなど、他にも色々食べてみたいと思います。
次はしっかり予約をして、水炊きに挑戦します。
その時にまた評価が変わると思います。
