Due to the opening of the Minami 2-jo store on October 10, 2014, we will no longer be open for lunch or on Sundays. The gamecocks from Omi, Shiga Prefecture that we use at Jiki are fed safe food and carefully raised for more than twice as long as broiler chickens. This chicken is sweet, has a strong flavor due to its low fat content, and has just the right amount of texture. As of September 9, 2009, all seats are non-smoking. |

We tasted and compared local chicken from all over the country and arrived at our signature taste. The gamecocks, which are flown in every day from Omi, Shiga Prefecture, are low in fat but rich in sweetness and flavor. [Yakitori] made with gamecocks is prepared one by one at the restaurant, so the appeal is that you can enjoy parts of the chicken that you wouldn't normally get to enjoy, such as the head, sagari, sori, and string. Please fully enjoy the difference in each flavor. Among them, we recommend the [white liver], which has a texture similar to foie gras.
