Due to the opening of the Minami 2-jo store on October 10, 2014, we will no longer be open for lunch or on Sundays. The gamecocks from Omi, Shiga Prefecture that we use at Jiki are fed safe food and carefully raised for more than twice as long as broiler chickens. This chicken is sweet, has a strong flavor due to its low fat content, and has just the right amount of texture. As of September 9, 2009, all seats are non-smoking. |
札幌円山エリア、近江軍鶏を余すとこなく堪能できる札幌でも数少ない本格焼き鳥のお店『直』さんに初訪問。
まず驚くのはメニューの豊富さです。軍鶏の串だけでも20種以上！その他変わり種や野菜串。一品料理・ご飯物や鍋、さらには本日のおすすめなどほんとにメニューが豊富で目移りしちゃいます。ドリンクは簡潔？と思いきやそれはデフォルトのメニューだけで日本酒や焼酎・ワインなどは店内ずらりと並んでいます。
迷ってしまう方には軍鶏串おまかせ串や本日のコース、白湯水炊きコースなどもあります。
焼き・料理担当とドリンク・ホール担当の女性2名でしたがいつもそうなんだろうか？
カウンターとテーブル席もありますが料理の提供などもストレスありませんでした。
今回は初めての訪問でもあるのと、やっぱり焼き鳥が好きなので、あれもこれも食べたいところですが、お一人様はそこをグッと我慢し今回は軍鶏の串をとことん楽しむことにしました。
まずお通しのスープがとても美味しい‼︎
元々串メニューは食べられるだけ食べようと思っていましたがとりあえずはメニューにもあるおまかせ6本。おまかせなのに個人的に大好きな「あずきと背肝」が入っていてビックリ！ 他の店では希少部位でその日に入荷してない店も多いですよね。他にもササミをはじめ串はどれも焼き加減が絶妙で全部美味しい。
美味しそうに食べてると裏メニューもオススメされてなんてラッキーなんだろ♫
〆の白湯スープも濃厚な軍鶏のエキスがコラーゲンとなって身体に染み渡りました。
どれもとても美味しく大満足な1日でした。
