札幌駅と大通駅の間、地下街直結、グラントホテルのとなりの位置
札幌の地酒千歳鶴系の居酒屋さん
毎年ジワジワと味が変わっている気がする千歳鶴系列らしく楽しみにして行きました。
まずはビール、スーパードライと一番搾りのサーバーがあるようで一番搾りを選択
ますこおろし
鱒子と大根おろし、これは日本酒にぴったりなので日本酒を飲み始めてから注文するのが正解
たちてん
ほどよくねっとりとしていて美味しい。オススメ。
刺し身
タコとカンパチを。どちらも美味しかったけどカンパチのほうがこの日は状態がよかったかな。
椎茸大統領焼き
大きな椎茸で食べごたえがあります。椎茸独特の癖がむしろいい。
燻製
ホタテと枝豆を選択。どちらも風味がよく入っています。
さつま揚げ
自家製らしい。なかなか美味しいです。特徴はあんまりないかな。
ハツ串
美味しい。けど塩が少し強く感じました。
日本酒
千歳鶴の酒がズラリとあります。飲み比べセットあったりして楽しい。
かつては札幌の酒はイマイチたとか言う人も多かったですが、３日会わざれば刮目して相対すべしかと思います。近年はどんどん美味しくなっていると思うので、道外からの方が来たときにでもいいんじゃないでしょうか。

This is a store directly managed by Chitose Tsuru, a Japanese sake company. Since we have a smoker, we use a lot of Hokkaido ingredients, including home-made smoked food and local production for local consumption. We offer a wide variety of dishes using seasonal fish and vegetables, as well as Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Fried food, grilled foods, and sake appetizers. *Paypay can be used. |
千歳鶴の系列店
大通の地下にあります。
昼は初めての訪問、ランチメニューもなかなか豊富。この日はお肉ランチをいただきました。
肉はハンバーグでした、おろしののった和風ハンバーグで大変美味しかった。中までしっかり焼けてるけど焼きすぎてない。焼きの技術が高いのでしょうかね。
夜もいいけど昼もいい。
