This is a store directly managed by Chitose Tsuru, a Japanese sake company. Since we have a smoker, we use a lot of Hokkaido ingredients, including home-made smoked food and local production for local consumption. We offer a wide variety of dishes using seasonal fish and vegetables, as well as Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Fried food, grilled foods, and sake appetizers. *Paypay can be used. |
札幌唯一の造り酒屋、千歳鶴さんが経営するお店！さすがに日本酒は千歳鶴一択ですが結構種類はございました。その中でも生酒を樽詰めしているものが一番でした。おつまみは刺身と珍味系を注文してしっかり千歳鶴を楽しませていただきました♪
