この日は日替わりは無く、ビーフカレーのみでした。
ただ、海鮮が出来そうな含みもありましたが、
ビーフカレーのワンコインに惹かれてそちらでいくことにしました。
辛味パウダー増量も出来るらしく
この日は普通盛りでそのままで注文して待ちます。
先にお茶が運ばれて来ましたが、
注文してから約2分程での提供で、500円での提供をするビーフカレーは、
この近所で働ライクな人たちのランチとして有り難い存在と感じます。
カレーの辛さはは市販のカレーの中辛程度
やはり、辛味足した方が美味しさもっとアップしそうです。
たくあんとサラダが付いてきます。
米がうまいです。
質もちゃんとしているのでしょうが、
炊き上がりの硬さなどでも美味しさ感じました。
カレーは市販のルーカレーに近似のタイプで、
トロトロの部位も入っていて、
赤身の部位もホロホロに仕上がっています。
カレーは無難な出来のものですが、バランスの良い美味しさを感じさせ
ビーフのコクある旨味ががっちりと美味しさの根幹を揺ぎ無いものにして感じます。
ホール担当のスタッフは笑顔で接客全般安定したレベルの高さを感じました。
ランチの日替わりは来年度始まればありそうでそちらも気になりますが、
いつか、夜飲みながらで、すぎ乃にて、海鮮物を心ゆくまで食してみたいものです。
