久々の来訪でしたが、お昼に予約して来ましてゆっくりお鮨を楽しむ事が出来ました。
鮨もツマミもどれも美味しく、車で来てしまった事を後悔するばかり…次回はちゃんとタクシーで来ます(涙)
何度か伺いました。丁寧な仕事で美味しかったです。大将はまだ若いので、これからが楽しみでした。
シャリの温度が高く水分が多いように感じた。
好みの問題かもしれないけど。
丹精して作り上げたお寿司でした。
