お目当ての寿司屋が転居したらしく、予定変更。
ちょうど、近くに店の構えの良さそうなお店があったので、
飛び込みました
お勘定に一抹の不安を感じつつ、カウンター席で

とりあえず、酒のツマミをお任せで、苦手なものだけを
伝えて、スタート。
地元産の刺身は鮮度抜群で美味い
刺身・焼き物とほんの少しづつ出てきます。
特に、秋刀魚の焼き物には、大感激！！
新鮮な秋刀魚のワタを醤油と混ぜて
一晩漬け込んで，焼いた手間の掛かった一品です
真イカのゴロの刺身
新鮮でなければ、刺身にならないとか・・
初めて食べたけど、生臭さもなく、とろっとして美味
生ボタンエビの握り
普通は頭を焼くけど、頭の身の部分とミソの部分を合わせた一品！
身の握りも美味しいけど、頭はさらに美味
