さて、札幌初日の夕飯は食べログから予約済みのこちらの郷土料理屋。
エレベーターで店に到着すると、受付のお姉さんが待ってて、案内される。どうやら、高級料理店のようだ。で、個室？しか無いのか？に案内。事前に調べたがコースも一杯あり、食べたくないものも含まれるのでアラカルトで頼む。メニューが一杯あり、事前調査済みの鹿ステーキ以外は、当日メニューを見て決めた。
シシャモはオス、メス両方あり、身が食べたいのでオスを選択。北海道ならではのニシンの刺身、鍋は、迷ったが海鮮鍋で全部入ってるやつにした。
それでお願いしますと、と伝えると、今日はカニが良いですよと、言われる。連れに聞いてみると食べたいとのこと。だが、毛ガニはふるさと納税でよく食べてる‥。タラバはあまり好きじゃない。花咲蟹があるとのこと。食べたこと無いのでそちらを注文。
お通しから、トウモロコシが出てきて美味しい。
鹿ステーキは、鹿自体は何回か食べたことあるが、まあ美味しい。臭み無い【元々鹿に臭みは無いか‥】赤身の肉。
ニシンは、脂がのっていたが、うーん‥。
シシャモは、まあ美味しい。
花咲蟹は、生きたものを持ってきて、これを調理しますと。うん、良いパフォーマンス。動いてた。
鍋は、貝からエビから何でも入ってて旨味が濃厚で良かった。最後に別料金で雑炊にしてもらったが、出汁が旨いので当たり前に旨い。
ゆっくりとしたい、観光客向けのお店かな。でも、まーだいたい何でも郷土料理あるかな。ジンギスカン以外は。
私を含めて観光客には、オススメです。
