すすきのならいくらでもお店はありますが、今回は地元の食材を美味しく提供してくださる「大助」さんを訪問しました。
時間帯にものよると思いますが、予約を入れていないとまず入店できません。入口に近いカウンター席に座っていましたが、次次とお客さんは来店されても、予約がない方々は肩を落としていかれます。
まさしく地産地消を絵に書いたお料理ばかり。
北海道に来た甲斐があったと痛感しました。
サッポロクラシックもあったしね。
ご馳走さまでした。
