This is a rare fish from the Sea of Okhotsk. Although it looks ugly, it is white and delicious. You can prepare sashimi (thinly made with ponzu sauce) and Tempura. Please try it once.
Food Abrabouzu
It comes from Nemuro, Hokkaido, and has a fatty white flesh similar to sablefish. Please enjoy the sashimi (ruibe) and grilled food (miso pickled) as you like.
