Every morning, we deliver live squid directly from Hakodate and fillet it on the spot for each order. The transparent, crunchy flesh and rich texture of the meat are a flavor that can only be enjoyed because of the freshness of the fish. The feet (geso) that move on the plate are also a part of the Odori-zukuri charm, so it's worth seeing! Other, we offer a wide variety of seasonal Seafood at reasonable prices, with a focus on using natural ingredients from Hokkaido, such as live crab, saltwater sea urchin, seasonal sashimi, and grilled fish. We are particular about the truly delicious Seafood of Hokkaido, and purchase natural ingredients from all over Hokkaido every day. We carry Hokkaido's representative ingredients such as saltwater sea urchin, crab, botan shrimp, kinki mushrooms, and mackerel mackerel, all of which are made without alum (preservatives).
