そして、とてもリーズナブルに料理も数品楽しめました。

ミートソースのパンピザ
パテ･ド･カンパーニュ
豚肉と鶏白レバーを使ったテリーヌで、
一般的に使用するピスタチオではなく、
黒豆を混ぜ込んだ日本人になじみのある
和のテイストにアレンジしているとあり、
食べてレバーのコクや旨味があって美味！
見て芸術性も高いと感じる仕上がりでした。
これはワインとのマリアージュ率も高い
注文して満足度の高い逸品でした。
レバーのクセが苦手な人もいるかも知れません。
豚バラ肉の柔らか煮
香草パン粉焼き バルサ味噌ソース
トロトロホロホロの豚角煮にいつもの甘辛とは違う
味噌の風味をアレンジしたこれも和テイストで、
香草パン粉を付けたこの料理も気に入りました。
ポルチーニ茸と鶏肉のリゾット春巻
ちまきのような具材をパリパリに仕上げた春巻。
軽く食べるに程よいボリュームで、
パリパリの中にはリゾットの組み合わせがいい感じでした。
この日サシ飲みハシゴの終着地点で、
いいお店で締める事が出来ました。

３名でブラインドテイスティングの勝負！
どの赤ワインかを当てるイベント
と、その前に、軽く一杯
イチゴのソルベを先に入れ
グランパラス カヴァ ブリュットを注いで完成
シャーベット状の苺のソルベが溶けて味わいが更に飛躍
フレッシュな香りでスッキリとしたスパークリングと、
飲み進めていくと苺の甘い香りと味との融合が次第に深まる
優美な仕上がりとなっていて実に美味いです。

たくあん入りのポテサラ
カレー風味でたくあんとの組み合わせも美味
しっとりとドロドロジトジトしておらず、
この絶妙なしっとり感が素晴らしく感じました。
お腹はもういい感じだったので
スイーツ２種頼みました。
