まずは乾杯、最初に鶏と野菜の塩煮、スープみたいなのが届きましたが美味。こんなに美味しいスープがあるのか、というところからスタート。期待値高し。
カツオの藁焼き、ラム肩ロースとエゾシカの藁焼きなど藁焼き料理が多数。柔らかく味付けも良しどれも美味しかったです。かなりの量届きましたが全て完食。
特にカツオはスーパーでよく買って自宅で食べますがそれと味が全然違う、美味しすぎ。
ドリンクは飲み放題でQRでオーダータイプなので楽、完全個室、かつ喫煙可能なので会合でもOK。中々に良いお店、良い会合になりました。
