Owner Imai trained at a long-established Sushi restaurant for 21 years before opening his own restaurant in August 2016. Admired by his reliable skills, regular customers fill the counter every night. You can enjoy the flavors of Japan, including the popular standard toppings of hairy crab and kinki from Hokkaido, tuna and gizzard shad sent from Tsukiji, and sea bream and striped jack from Fukuoka. In addition to the six types of local sake available at all times, there are more than 10 types on the menu that change twice a month. They also offer authentic shochu for connoisseurs. |
