今回ご紹介するのは【日本酒バル しずく】さんです。
店内は清潔感と明るさがとても印象的でした。
またスタッフの人の人当たりの良さがとても居心地がよく、料理にも反映されている気がしました。
日本酒のバリエーションも非常に多く、なにがいいって日本酒が飲み放題に入っていることが魅力の一つです。にもかかわらずＣＰが抜群にいいことがリピートしたくなる要因の一つです。
スタッフの人にこの料理と合う日本酒やお酒を聞くと、お酒の特徴を伝えていただき、一番合うセットを提供していただけるので食事をしていて楽しかったです。
注文したものは
『茄子ととうがらしの煮浸し』
何がすごいって、出汁が溢れすぎますｗ
こんなに黄金色の出汁が茄子から出てくる？ってくらい溢れてきてホント驚きでした。
次回もあったら頼みたくなる一品でした。
あとは注文はしていませんが、ほかのテーブルでいいなと思ったものは
『カズチー 数の子クリームチーズ』です。
量もとても多く見えましたし、料理をしているところを見て食べたい！って思いました。
お腹の余裕さえあれば頼みたかったです。
