とある呑みの２軒目…時刻は21時少し前頃、絶賛BM中の「出汁おしみ つくし」さん、混み合う時期なので直前に電話してみる「大丈夫ですよ」との返事
店へ辿り着くとテーブルをひとつ残して他は満席…悪運...
京都と山形が出汁文化の双璧、という個人的な見解を前提にして、札幌で挑む出汁を打ち出す店に詰め寄った。

気づけばほぼ満席状態に...
店名に「出汁」が付いているので、出汁が自慢だと思うのだが、
残念な出汁だった。
お通しで出た鮭の荒汁。
ちょっと期待して飲んでみて、一言「生臭い」！？
出汁がうまいかどうかわからな...
