15日、緊急事態宣言が解除となり
久しぶりに外食です。
知人に、進められたお店
こちら【出汁おしみ つくし】さんに来てみた
通常営業には至っていないにも関わらず
素晴らしい料理を提供していただきました。
オーダーは店主にすべてお任せ。
最初に出された煮ダコ
いきなり、旨い
シンプルに旨い
煮加減、出汁の染み込み具合、柔らかさ
旨かった♪
だし巻き玉子
まさに、この店の代名詞の出汁を感じる逸品。これは、食べるべきですねー
牛の低温調理した逸品が出てきましたが
やばいのなんのｗ
これって、今まで食べた牛肉料理で
食べたことない位に面を食らった。。
他にも魚料理やアスパラ
全9品をいただきました。
全部旨いです。
カジュアルなお店なのに、料理は本物。
かなり、気に入りました。
お酒も、結構進んで楽しかったなぁー
最後にコーヒーを引いてくれました♪
これは店主の趣味(笑)
これもなかなかです♪
